Wow! A Great Bargain...

I went to my local Beverly's Craft Store....everything was 50% off the lowest marked down price. I got most of these goodies for $1.00 each. Starbucks Gift Card Holders

I was organizing pictures from Christmas and I found these Gift Card Holders that I made. They are made from the Starbucks Sleeves that you get with your cup of coffee. They were really easy to make and didn't cost a thing!

Under the Weather....

Sorry....I haven't been able to do much crafting lately. I have a house full of sick kids and I'm fighting it myself. My goal is to try and finish some mini albums I have been working on tomorrow.

Deals and Steals

If you haven't hit up your local Big Lots, I suggest you go and see what they have. I found alot of American Crafts items for really cheap! I found these ribbon boxes for $2.00 each. That's awesome compared to $6.99 - $8.99 per ribbon box. If you get a chance to go....let me know what deals you find! Happy Shopping!!

Old Scrapbooks

Here are some layouts I did quite sometime ago. I need to start scrapping more. I have to finish my baby's scrapbook from when I was pregnant. (He's turning 1 next month) I know, I know...I need to get on that!!

I'm so excited....I received my Stampin' up order and I could not wait to play with it!!

Organizing Ribbon

I've been on a search to find an inexpensive way to store my ribbon. These two were my favorites and I wanted to share them with you....

The first one is by safety pinning the ribbon and then adding them to a D-ring. Then putting all the D-rings on a plastic hanger.

The second is by using the CD holder that you get when you buy blank CD's. They hold ribbon perfectly!

I went with the first one....I only had three CD holders and WAY too much ribbon!!!

Well...I hope these give you some ideas for storing your ribbon too.

Thank you cards

These are the Thank you cards that are in the "Love ya Bunches" pouches. I used the Close To My Heart "Friendship Garden" stamp set for the flower and thank you sentiment.

I made some thank you pouches and a card for my fellow Stampin Club members. I used the "Love ya Bunches" stamp set from Stampin' up. Each pouch comes with 2 stamped images from the stamp set. This will be another item in my giveaway....keep watching for that chance to win one!

January ATC Cards

Here are my ATC Cards for the month of January. The theme was "Sparkles"....I thought I would begin the new year with a sparkly 2009!

This was one of the challenges in my cafemom group. It's made out of an old CD I had laying around the house. I covered it with designer paper and embellished it with some chipboard and ribbon. I really like it....I hope you do too!!

2009 Planners

I thought these cute little planners would be a great way to start the new year!! I altered the planners from Michael's Studio 18 planners. You can find them in the dollar bins. I will be making more and having a giveaway....keep checking back for more info.

Reindeer Poop - I know this is late....

I'm sorry I didn't post this sooner but the holiday's were really crazy around here. I made these for everyone who came to my house on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I wanted to give something that day....kinda like a party favor. You can click on the photo to make it bigger so you can read the poem.
