Personalized my Binderie

I bought my Binderie and decorated it the day that I left. Because I left I wasn't able to post pictures but here it is. I used Bo Bunny "Gardenia" Rub-Ons. I also used some bling that I bought at Michael's.

MIA Update - I'm Home

Thank you to everyone who left a comment. Thank you for your kind words and your prayers! We returned yesturday at 6am after driving all night. My grandmother was happy to see us all. She broke her back while gardening and this is how they found the cancer. As far as the fracture in her back she will be taking medication for pain but will not be having surgery to repair it. The cancer is at a stage 4 and the 6-12 month guestimate has not changed. They are not able to operate due to her age and for fear of it spreading faster.

As hard as it was, I was able to see her and talk with her. My children also got to see her and kiss her. We pray that she's able to be with us longer then the timeframe doctors told us. For now, we keep her in our prayers and in our thoughts.

Why I will be MIA.....

I will be MIA for a week. We just found out some troubling news last night. My Grandmother has Pancreatic Cancer and was given 6 months to 1 year. She is 90 years old so surgery to remove it is not an option. Radiation is also not an option...due to her age, doctors are saying she would not survive either one. For now, they are sending her home and medicating her. She's starting to refuse to eat and they are concerned. We are taking a trip to see her and we will be back on Sunday. I will post an update when I return. If you are a religious person...I ask you keep her and my family in your prayers. She is a mother to 11 living children and many, many Grandchildren. Her loose will be a devastating one! But we know to expect it and are preparing mentally and emotionally for it. Thank you for reading and have a blessed day.

I got my Binderie!

I went to my local Beverly's Crafts today and they had the new Binderie by 7 Gypsies. I used my 40% off coupon and got it for $23.99 out the door! I'm so excited....can't wait to play with it. I photographed everything it comes with. Go check out your local Beverly's Crafts for this great deal!

Garage Sale Find

I went to a neighborhood garage sale last weekend and I found this wine rack. The first thing I thought of was "That would be perfect to hang my punches on." I bought it for 3 bucks and brought it home and sure enough the punches fit perfectly! I was so happy to have a place to store them. How do you store your punches??
